DCP CONTINUES TO MAKE SAFETY ITS #1 PRIORITY

DETROIT, MI – Detroit Chassis LLC, an automotive manufacturing company of niche vehicles and RV chassis, announced today that it would remain committed to safety. Thomas Leapheart, Production Associate won $95.00 at Safety Bingo Jan. 31, 2006. We had no winners since Nov. 8, 2005. The current jackpot is $155.00.

Maceo Russell, Safety Coordinator is pleased to report that there has been no recordable injuries to-date for 2006.

The Safety Committee formed an action team at a recent meeting consisting of the following individuals (Carlton Guthrie, Maceo Russell, Brenda Trice, Linda Ratliff, Toria Bradley-May, Patricia Carson, Ashleye Moncrief and Timothy Pace) to review Safety data from 2005.

The deep dive revealed that the majority of recordable injuries occurred Tuesday mornings. The action team plans to continue to review this data and make a formal presentation at the next Balance Scorecard Meeting (BSC).

In an effort to heighten safety awareness on Tuesday mornings the action team has suggested a new safety campaign: Terrific Tuesday, which will kick-off Tuesday, March 21, 2006. Look for more information regarding this initiative.
