DCP SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHES THE BAMM! PROGRAM

DETROIT, MI – Detroit Chassis LLC, an automotive manufacturing company of niche vehicles and RV chassis, announced today that it successfully launched its Co-op program for high school students this past Monday, February 6, 2006.

Phase I is scheduled to run through Thursday, April 13, 2006.

Ms. Judy Jones, Counselor, Davis Aerospace Technological High School recruited interested students and provided DCP with outstanding candidates to interview. After much deliberation and debate 2 candidates were selected to pioneer this phase: Ashleye Moncrief and Timothy Pace, Jr.

Timothy and Ashleye are currently working on Module #1: Orientation. They will then write personal vision statements and plans to achieve success in the program. Next week they will work with Patricia Carson, DCP’s Lean Champion on the Leadership Development Module. Ms. Carson will assess their abilities, coach leadership traits and get them ready for the Plant Operations Module.

“We are excited about the development and implementation of the BAMM! Program. Timothy and Ashleye will receive training and experience from all areas of manufacturing and they will be able to utilize the leadership and management tools that they gain through the program in other areas of their lives. Congratulations Ashleye and Timothy.” Linda J. Ratliff, DCP, Customer/Community Relations Group Leader
