Detroit Chassis announced the results of its most recent customer satisfaction survey, which indicated that DCP associates remain committed to providing customer joy! Over the course of the past two years DCP has contacted the thirteen motorhome manufacturers that receive F-53 chassis to ask questions regarding DCP’s performance.
Twelve of the thirteen motorhome manufacturers responded to the latest survey and said that they are satisfied with DCP’s responsiveness to their issues. They received solutions to their satisfaction. Some offered comments such as:
· DCP is great and they are our #1 choice
· You provide great service
· Great job
All but one had initiated contact with DCP within the past six months and all of them had been contacted by a DCP associate. They provided the following suggestions:
· improve communication on delivery process
· improve communication in dealer network
· make regular visits to body builders
· provide assistance in getting Canadian clusters
Most motorhome manufacturers expressed appreciation for DCP’s ability to respond to their concerns.
DCP is looking forward to hosting motorhome manufacturers April 18th and has reserved two suites at Comerica Park to accommodate guests after the Measuring Session.
Does DCP stand out from the competition?
Absolutely!
These surveys have proved to be beneficial to DCP by allowing an opportunity to hear and understand the voice of its customers.
The next customer satisfaction survey will be conducted in August 2007.
