DCP Passes Another Successful Audit!

This is the second time since DCP was first registered to QS9000 in May of 2001 that the organization has had ZERO audit findings.

This is a great achievement and demonstrates the dedication of all DCP Associates including the DCP Internal Audit Team: Jasmin Young, Quality Associate, Lynne Mimms, Purchasing Group Leader and Stacy Davis, Operations Associate. They work diligently to ensure that each department sustains conformance to the international standard and internal DCP Procedures.

This work ethic has proven to be a great asset to an already flexible organization.

Jim Wuolukka, Auditor, NSF-ISR mentioned specifically how well DCP is doing in warranty. He said, “the work that the variable reduction teams are doing is effective and detailed charts tell the story”. During the audit Wuolukka had many good things to say about Detroit Chassis. Our strong customer focus is one of the best that he has observed as well as the analytical approach to Warranty Returns. Overall NSF-ISR was very pleased with the progress the organization has made and the plans that we have for the near future.
