Detroit Chassis Delivers Customer Joy!

Periodically, Detroit Chassis conducts Customer Satisfaction surveys with F53 body builders such as Winnebago, Tiffin, Newmar, Four Winds, and others. We learned that F53 body builders appreciate the Detroit Chassis focus on delivering customer joy.

They are pleased with our responsiveness and have been in contact with DCP over the last 6 months. They also reported receiving exemplary solutions to their issues and concerns. All reported that their F53 delivery experience is first-class.

When asked “How can DCP become your Ford motor home provider of choice?” responses stated that DCP is the provider of choice!

One body builder stated that while they manufacture their own chassis they prefer to build on the F53!

More than 80% are ready to re-visit DCP’s facility. “I rank DCP #1 in being responsive to my concerns and I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by DCP Associates.”

Other suggestions submitted during the collection of responses will be forwarded to Ford Motor Company. They include: a diesel engine; a rear engine gas chassis; and increased gas efficiency.
