The Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
The overall rating for the 2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted in July 2012 is 97.25%.
Detroit Chassis conducts Customer Satisfaction Surveys twice per year to solicit customer feedback and assure that we are providing Customer Joy.
The survey consists of 10 questions covering areas such as: Communication, Responsiveness, Concern Resolution, Site Visits, Customer Buying Decision, Competitors, and Delivery.
