Detroit Chassis Promotes William Kirchmeier to General Manager

DETROIT, MI – Detroit Chassis LLC, an automotive manufacturing company of niche vehicles and RV chassis is proud to announce the promotion of William Kirchmeier to the position of General Manager, effective October 25, 2006. He will report to Michael Guthrie, President and Chief Executive Officer, Detroit Chassis LLC. Kirchmeier joined Detroit Chassis in January 2005 as Lean Champion Function Leader and was promoted to VP Operations in August 2005. As General Manager, he will be responsible for all Detroit Chassis and Detroit Custom Chassis engineering and operations activities and Ford sales and marketing activities.
