DETROIT, MI – Detroit Chassis LLC, an automotive manufacturing company of niche vehicles and RV chassis announced that Mr. Ken Macfarlane, Director - Manufacturing Operations Truck, FMC took the podium at Detroit Chassis and gave a riveting talk to the DCP Team.

He discussed:

· The State of our Transportation Market

· Competitive pressures within Ford

· What the DCP Team needs to do to not only maintain, but also dominate our market segment.

His point: “PERFECTION”.

DCP has proven it can accomplish what it sets out to achieve. We are World Champions in Safety and we are making similar strides in productivity.

We need to become world champions in Quality, second to none.

Perfection is our goal!

Macfarlane noted that if DCP is perfect in quality, we could never be beaten, only matched.

The team has risen to the challenge. The week immediately following the event, the already reduced workmanship defects were cut by more than half, and more than 40 quality proposals were received from the associates.

If any team can achieve perfection...
