DETROIT, MI – Detroit Chassis LLC, an automotive manufacturing company of niche vehicles and RV chassis is proud to announce that its Production team is leading the way to world champion performance by raising the standards. Lean initiatives are paving the way for the DCP production group. They set another astonishing record on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 by reaching a better than perfect build of 58 vehicles @ 100% End of Line – First Time Through Quality (EOL FTTQ).

A perfect build has always been 57 units produced at 100% EOL FTTQ. Teamwork was the key. The Team Leaders are striving for perfection within their teams and are beginning to reach a communication level that sets a benchmark for us all. The adopt-a-team concept has everyone involved as teams proactively develop strategies to remove roadblocks.

To commemorate the perfect build, a celebration luncheon was served to all associates this past Monday in our Family Room.
