DETROIT, MI – Detroit Chassis LLC, an automotive manufacturing company of niche vehicles and RV chassis is proud to announce the selection of Earl Crowe, to the position of Engineering & Safety Group Leader, effective July 24, 06. He will report to William Kirchmeier, V.P. Operations.

Earl Crowe comes to Detroit Chassis with 21 years of cumulative experience in Process and Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Program Management, and Launch/Product Planning and Manufacturing Staff Engineering. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). He earned a BS, in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University. Earl has served in supervisory engineering management positions at He is very well known in the automobile industry for his ability to launch new programs Ford Motor Co., and as implementer of new equipment General Motors Corporation and first tier suppliers.. Earl championed the implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) on the Block-line at Ford Motor Company and Safety at Associated Spring (The Barnes Group). Earl Crowe He is a Green belt in Shainin problem solving techniques.

He Earl has mentored youth through Big Brothers and continues to tutor youth in Mathematics. He enjoys spending time with his family, researching manufacturing techniques and technology, golfing, and pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities.
