Detroit Chassis is Awarded Silver Leadership Award by United Way

WE ARE COMMITTED TO RESPECT THROUGH DIVERSITY AND COMMUNITY

DETROIT, MI – Detroit Chassis LLC, an automotive manufacturing company of niche vehicles and RV chassis announced that they were the recipients of United Way’s Silver Leadership Award for contributions made during 2004 and 2005. Dwayne Gary, United Way representative attended Detroit Chassis’ Town Hall meeting Monday, June 5th, 2006 to formally present the award and congratulate Detroit Chassis Associates for increasing campaign contributions by 32% annually for 2 consecutive years.

Detroit Chassis credits its success to its Associates’ commitment to United Way and to the leadership of Ms. Callie Kendrick, Resource Coordinator. This year’s campaign will start in mid-September.

United Way provides funding and support to approximately 340 agencies throughout Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties including the Children’s Aid Society (CAS) of Southeastern Michigan. CAS is the agency that assigned Ms. Kendrick to coordinate resources through Detroit Chassis’ EAP program.
