Darin Burns
Vice - President, Business Development and Technology

Darin Burns is responsible for managing and directing future strategic business initiatives. He is also responsible for the Quality Operating System and internal/external quality performance indicators. His mission is to develop manufacturing alliances and partnerships with a concept to customer focus. This includes vehicle manufacturing, modular assemblies and component manufacturing.

Darin held the position of Business Operations Manager and Productivity Optimization Manager for one of the nation’s largest automobile manufacturers. He also was the Program Manager and Facilities Manager for the Research and Engineering Center. He has extensive experience in Manufacturing Engineering; New Model Launch; Manufacturing Operations; Manufacturing Planning; Dimensional Control Processes; Industrial, Quality, and Maintenance Engineering; and Production and Maintenance Supervision.

Darin received a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.

Darin has been married to his wife Anne for more than 20 years. They have 3 adult daughters and one granddaughter.
